HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

I DO REQUIRE BOOKINGS TO BE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. IF WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS- THERE WILL BE A 20% RUSH FEE. IF WITHIN THE WEEK OF THE EVENT- THERE WILL BE A 35% RUSH FEE.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS!

YOU MAY CANCEL FOR A FULL REFUND BEFORE TWO WEEKS (minus the $100 non-refundable booking fee). 

IF WITHIN TWO WEEKS- YOU WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND (minus the $100 non-refundable booking fee). ANYTHING CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE EVENT, WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

 

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

NO PLACE IS TOO FAR! I AM BASED OUT OF MIDDLE-SOUTHWEST MISSOURI. ALWAYS LOOKING TO ADD NEW LOCATIONS! I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ITINERARY PLANNING OUTSIDE OF LAKE OF THE OZARKS FOR BACHELORETTE PARTIES- BUT ALL DECOR AND CUSTOMIZED GIFT SERVICES CAN BE PROVIDED WITH A TRAVEL FEE!

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DECORATIONS AND JUST PAY FOR YOU TO SET UP?

I CAN DEFINITELY USE SOME OF YOUR DECOR TO ADD TO A PURCHASED PACKAGE! HOWEVER, THAT SERVICE ALONE IS NOT OFFERED. 

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP DECOR?

I TRY TO REQUIRE AT LEAST A HOUR DEPENDING ON WHAT PACKAGE(S) ARE PURCHASED. THAT IS SOMETHING WE CAN GO OVER ONCE BOOKING IS COMPLETE. 

DO YOU TAKE DOWN THE DECOR?

AS LONG AS AVAILABILITY IS OPEN, I CAN FOR A $50 FEE. OTHERWISE, TAKE-DOWN IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING OF LARGER PACKAGES.

hOWEVER, TAKE-DOWN IS INCLUDED IN THE CABANA PACKAGE. 

DO WE GET TO KEEP DECOR?

OF COURSE YOU CAN! YOU MAY KEEP ANYTHING THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGES!
